Drew Chapman is of counsel at MBL (formerly KB&A), where he focuses on helping employers navigate the complex landscape of federal and state employment laws. He assists clients in achieving regulatory compliance, implementing effective workplace policies, and negotiating commercial contracts that protect their business interests.
Before joining MBL, Drew worked as an attorney at Employers Council, advising clients on employment law compliance. He later served as lead in-house counsel for a software company, an experience that gives him a practical understanding of the HR and business challenges his clients face every day. In addition to his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, Drew earned a Master of Dispute Resolution, reflecting his commitment to helping clients resolve and prevent workplace disputes efficiently.
Drew holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and son, reading, and playing board games.
