Liz Roberts is of counsel in the firm’s corporate and venture capital group, where she assists clients with a wide range of corporate matters including debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional work.
Prior to joining MBL (formerly KB&A), Liz was a partner in the Salt Lake City and Los Angeles offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served as a senior editor for the Southern California Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Brigham Young University.
Outside of the office, Liz enjoys reading novels and spending time with her family in the mountains.
