Ben Lehnardt is an associate in the firm’s corporate and venture capital group, where he assists clients with a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, entity formation, crowdfunding, and securities compliance.
Prior to joining MBL (formerly KB&A), Ben was an associate with Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar in Salt Lake City. He earned his J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and the David Eccles School of Business, and holds undergraduate degrees in Interdisciplinary Humanities and Italian from Brigham Young University.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys travelling with his family, road biking, reading thick history books and following Formula 1..
