Adam Revelli is of counsel in the firm’s corporate and venture capital group, where he serves as outside legal counsel to a broad range of companies. His corporate practice encompasses entity formation, commercial agreements, strategic structuring, risk management, governance, business and asset acquisitions and sales, employment matters, real estate, and data privacy compliance—including GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA.

 

Adam also advises individuals and families on comprehensive estate planning, drawing on his combined corporate and estate planning background to help clients protect assets during their lifetime and ensure a smooth transition of ownership and control. His litigation experience—spanning rigorous discovery, depositions across the U.S. and internationally, and motion practice—informs a dispute resolution approach that prioritizes pre-litigation negotiation and alternative dispute methods such as mediation, saving clients time and expense. His litigation focus has centered on fiduciary matters, including probate and trust disputes.

 

Adam earned his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and his B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Utah State University. Adam previously served as secretary, vice president, and president of the Business Law Section of the Utah State Bar during which time the section won Section of the Year in two consecutive years. Adam currently serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for Lincoln Academy Charter School, dedicating his time to enhancing the education of students in kindergarten through 9th grade.

 

Adam enjoys traveling, playing golf, skiing, and following way too many sports.
