Bobby Harrington is a trial lawyer and Chair of MBL’s litigation team. His practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts across a wide range of commercial disputes, including co-founder disputes, business divorce, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, trade secrets, and construction and real property matters. Bobby also maintains a significant practice in election and political law, advising and representing congressional candidates, statewide ballot initiatives, and local initiatives and referenda.
Bobby earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as co-Editor-in-Chief of the Stanford Law & Policy Review and externed in the Office of the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice. He began his career as a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Kirkland & Ellis and clerked for the Honorable William H. Pryor Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to joining MBL (formerly KB&A), he litigated for over six years as an associate and then shareholder at one of Utah’s largest and most respected law firms.
Bobby has been recognized as a Utah Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine and as a Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Star.
When Bobby isn’t producing results for his clients, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing the greatest snow on earth, coaching little league football, and adventuring with his wife and four children.
