Brock Jensen is a partner in the firm’s corporate and venture capital group, where he represents venture capital and private equity funds making investments in private companies. He also advises emerging growth and venture-backed startup companies on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, structuring, executive employment, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining MBL (formerly KBA), Brock was an associate attorney at Fabian VanCott in Salt Lake City. He earned his law degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating with highest honors, and his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from the University of Utah, cum laude.
In his spare time, Brock enjoys traveling, skiing and spending time with his family.
