Kurt Reber is a partner in the firm’s corporate and venture capital group, where he advises clients across all phases of their business and financial lives. His corporate practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and succession planning. His estate planning practice includes wills, trusts, probate, and trust administration—providing clients with practical, integrated counsel on building, protecting, and transitioning wealth.
Prior to joining MBL (formerly KB&A), Kurt was an associate attorney at the Fadel Law Firm, a boutique business and estate planning firm. He earned his J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
When he’s not helping clients, Kurt enjoys traveling with his family, playing soccer, reading, and following the Bundesliga—especially Borussia Dortmund.
