Michele L. Danton is a senior corporate paralegal at MBL (formerly KB&A), where she works closely with the attorneys in the corporate group representing companies and investors in the emerging growth and technology space. Her experience spans debt and equity financings, entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, and securities filings.
Michele began her career as a legal secretary with The Times Mirror Company before transitioning to a corporate paralegal role at Trust Company of the West. She was recruited by Wade Bean to join MBL as a founding member of the corporate and venture capital legal team, where she has played a central role in building the group’s operations and client service capabilities.
Michele holds a Paralegal Certificate from the ABA-approved UCLA Extension Program and a B.F.A. from the University of Illinois.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks with her Bernese Mountain dog (“Boo”), and enjoying a meal at a really good restaurant.
