Mikaela is an attorney at Massey Bean & Lewis, where she practices corporate and securities law, representing venture capital firms, angel investors, and emerging technology companies at all stages of growth. She advises on general corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, venture and other financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements.
Prior to joining the firm, Mikaela worked on Capitol Hill and as a producer on Utah’s morning television program “KSL Studio with Brooke Walker.” As a student, she was the recipient of the J. Reuben Clark Award from BYU Law School and was a member of Theatre Ballet, BYU’s premier ballet company. She continues to be actively engaged in and supportive of the ballet community.
